The Official Hackathon of Queen's University

QHacks 2020 is back for another year of collaboration, ideation, and creativity! More than 300 students from across North America will come together on January 31st - February 2nd for a weekend of awesome hacking. Attend workshops, play with hardware, take part in hacker challenges, and meet some new friends while turning your dreams into reality. Out-of-the-box thinkers, creatives, and innovators from all faculties and skill levels are encouraged to apply. We can't wait to see you there!

Every hacker of the top team will receive an Ultimate Ears Boom 3 Portable Speakers and a Sketch license.

TD - Green Hack (4)

TD will review any hacks submitted with a “green theme”, which could extend to money/finance, the environment, sustainability, or simply, the color.
Prize: 4 x $100 for winning team

Mayor’s Innovation Challenge (8)

Two of the top teams will be given direct entry into the Mayor’s Innovation Challenge pitch competition on Thursday, February 27th.

Most Creative Radar.io Hack (4)

Build the most creative hack using Radar's SDKs and APIs for geofencing, location search, and geocoding. Some ideas for location-aware projects include a delivery tracker, campus building locator, and a Find my Friends clone.
